  • • Rock sugar or honey (optional)

  1. 1. Rinse flowers gently
  2. 2. Place in teapot
  3. 3. Pour hot water
  4. 4. Steep 3-5 minutes
  5. 5. Sweeten to taste

Chrysanthemum Wine

Ingredients:

  • • Dried chrysanthemum flowers
  • • Rice wine (500ml)
  • • Rock sugar (50g)
  • • Glass jar

Instructions:

  3. 3. Pour rice wine
  4. 4. Seal and store 1 month
  5. 5. Strain before serving

  • • Dried chrysanthemum (handful)
  • • Water (8 cups)
  • • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  2. 2. Boil water with chrysanthemum
  3. 3. Add rice, simmer 40 min
  4. 4. Season with salt
  5. 5. Serve warm
